Product available without the <b>drawbacks</b> of <b>annuities</b> so. With -- the one exception I made which is the benefit. To the people sell them things. I don't think they're any benefits to <b>annuities</b> and yes there you are you gonna get people coming out of the woodwork trying to sell you a new -- And they'll come up with -- new names -- they have new types of -- all the times. All the time. Because they wanna sell because when they sound they make a lot of money but the fact of the matter is. All <b>annuities</b> have the same major <b>drawbacks</b>. That virtually. They don't all have all of the say that the same <b>drawbacks</b> but they all -- have virtually all the same <b>drawbacks</b> and which make them a lousy product for people to be to be investing. Who the exception we make with <b>annuities</b> is to fall one. If you. If <b>annuities</b> part of a forward care for a three beats the site in the big good it just it lowers the the -- then it the negative it spreads and negativity around and in some cases very very. And minor. Limited cases they can be a part of Europe. Retirement. He returned planning your your health care. Many Medicare. Moon. <b>Nursing</b> <b>home</b> <b>care</b>. Planning. That that that's what it basically comes down to see you it really comes down to question being honest with yourself because although 8000 dollars is isn't. -- healthy chuck jumped to change if you push yourself to buy a home that you never would -- or you'll almost certainly wouldn't of bought. If but for this 8000 dollar <b>tax</b> <b>credit</b> you gonna be gonna. Read read it down the road so so. You know. Continued to to have to look for the home. And if you find something you love and trying you can push it through within a month in in some cases.
